Many of my clients have found our residential solutions to be extraordinary which come at considerable savings and at very attractive terms.

We are very excited to showcase our properties to buyers who want premium quality residences and thus request you to visit our site and have a look at these wonderful pieces of arts. I can assure you your visit would bring you to something amazing and definitely catch your breath as well as your attention.

I’ll need only 30 minutes of your valuable time with us.  May I therefore see you at our site tomorrow morning at 9.20 am or would 2.25 in the afternoon be better for you?

Prasad: No I won’t be in town or no I can’t see you tomorrow

You: Mr. Prasad, I probably suggested inconvenient times. May I then see you Wednesday morning at 9.20 or would Thursday afternoon at 2.25 be better

Prasad: Okay, Thursday would be fine

You: Well, fine I’ll see you on Thursday at 2.25 afternoon at my site, thanks (Note the date and call time)

After the conversation, terminate politely, first let the prospect disconnect then put the receiver down. Practice this approach till you are perfect.
